A "taranta" spider has bitten Maria. She is now possessed by an evil spirit and she is now known as "the last tarantata". The evil possession can be cured by an exorcism involving music to make "tarantata" dance, holy water, and to find the spider and make it run away. You and your friends must do the exorcism, but the evil spirit has forced Maria to run away and trap you in the house. You have 60 minutes of time to make the exorcism and run out of the house before the spider bites you too.
